As the second half of Lahties 2026 board approaches, our current Event & Project Lead is stepping down.
which means one thing:
There’s space for someone new to step in and take ownership.
This role is not about just “helpin out”
It’s about making things happen.
As Event & Project Lead, you’ll be the one turning plans into actual events. Coordinating people. Managing details. Working on the board to make sure everything runs the way it should.
It’s not always perfectly organised. Sometimes things change at the last minute. Sometimes you figure things out as you go.
But that’s also where most of the learning happens.
Who is this for?
Someone who:
- Enjoys organising and bringing people together
- Doesn’t mind responsibility
- Likes being the person who actually gets things done
Not everything will go perfectly.
But if that excites you more than it scares you, you’ll probably enjoy this.
